The 25 for 25 series was developed as a strategic content initiative designed to move AiN Group away from traditional product-focused webinars and technical trainings toward a more conversational, solution-based educational format. Rather than centering each session around specific products or vendor-led presentations, the series was built to feel more like a podcast-style conversation, focused on practical insights, industry challenges, business strategies, and real-world solutions that dealers could apply within their own companies.

The project included developing the overall concept, naming, branding, and messaging direction for the series, creating a cohesive identity that positioned 25 for 25 as an approachable educational platform within AiN Group’s larger marketing strategy. The goal was to make the content feel more engaging, accessible, and valuable to members by shifting the focus from technical product training to broader conversations around growth, operations, sales, marketing, and industry trends.

Beyond the strategy and branding, the project also involved managing the production side of the series, including editing podcast-style episodes, preparing content for release, and supporting promotion across email and social media. This included developing campaign messaging, creating promotional graphics, writing email and social copy, and helping drive awareness and engagement for each episode.
